Using the calculators

Calculator entries are processed in your browser. This website does not send them to Carrie, store them in a database, or use them to create a profile.

Saving checklist progress

The buying and selling checklists use your browser’s local storage to remember checked items. The data stays on that browser and device. Use “Reset checklist” to remove it, or clear this site’s data in your browser settings. If storage is unavailable, the checklists still work for the current visit.

Contacting Carrie

Call and text links open your device’s phone or messaging app. Email links and the email helper open a draft in your email application. You decide whether to send it. The site does not submit these messages through a separate contact-form service. If you choose to contact Carrie, the information you send is handled through the phone or email services involved and used to respond to your inquiry.

Hosting and external links

This site is hosted with a third-party web hosting provider. Hosting providers may process routine request information, such as IP addresses and technical logs, to deliver and protect the website. Their privacy practices are theirs; a provider list is available on request. No advertising pixels or analytics scripts are included in this site. Fonts are served with the site rather than requested from a third-party font service.

Links to HAR, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the Texas Real Estate Commission lead to external websites with their own privacy practices.

Accessibility

The site supports keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, labeled forms, readable contrast, and reduced-motion preferences. If something makes the site difficult to use, please contact Carrie so you can get the information another way.
